9. Right of free termination
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, applicable to distance contracts, the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, from the date of the order.
To exercise this right:
Download and fill in the form available;
Provide your details (name, address and order number);
Confirm that you have received the order;
Sign the document;
Send it by email to miafiestasjoias@gmail.com or by post, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Alternatively, contact +351 961480251 (weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the request and the product.
